This double room with a stone fireplace and wooden ceilings was part of the old barn; it is located on the ground floor and it overlooks the lawn. It has a private bathroom with a shower. An extra single bed it’s availabe.

Room “The Loft”
The room develops on two levels, on the first, we find the living room with fireplace and a balcony overlooking the lawn; the bed is placed in the loft, also here there is a small window overlooking the lawn. There are two small private bathrooms with showers. In the living room a sofa can be transformed into an additional double bed.

Room “The Arch”

Little apartment “The Little House”
Apartment composed by a living room with a kitchenette and a double bedroom where there is also a single bed. Private bathroom with shower. The livingroom of the little appartment overlooks both the lawn and the roofs, while the room looks toward the court. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and kitchenware.

Guests staying for a whole week are allowed to use the whole apartment, including the kitchen, at a price of € 500 (for longer periods, amounts to be agreed).

Room “Balcony”
This double room with wooden ceilings was also part of the old barn; it is on the first floor and it overlooks the courtyard trough a lovely wooden balcony. It has a small private bathroom with shower.

Little apartment “The Fireplace”
The apartment is composed by a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a double bedroom. It has a small private bathroom with a shower. The livingroom of the little appartment overlooks both the lawn and the rooftops, while the room faces the court. In the living room there is the possibility of having a single bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and kitchenware.

Tax policy:
- Check-in: 14:00 to 19:00

- Reductions:
Free for children up to 3 years old
Children aged 3 to 12 years old: 33% discount (HB) and 40% discount (B&B)
Adults in 3rd or 4th bed: 15% discount (HB) and 40% discount (B&B)
- Use of the fireplace € 20 (per day)
- When booking, a deposit of 30% is required
- Methods of payment accepted: cash, bank transfer, debit card
- Pets: the amount of € 30 on departure does not include food (please also bring a blanket or a basket for your pet). Your four-legged friends – if they are small and with a good character – are allowed in the rooms of the restaurant.
- Cancellation policy:
if a customer cancels a reservation more than 30 days before the arrival date, the entire amount of the payment will be given back (obviously, money order or bank transfer costs, will deducted. If a customer cancels the reservation within 29 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained. If a customer cancels the reservation while already residing in the farmhouse (e.g.: a person booked six days but wants to leave on the second day), he will be required to pay for the entire period he reserved.
